I've recently acquired a cellphone through Cell C Direct because I was attracted by the reasonable deal they offered at a reasonable price. Little did I know that I'd be paying a heftier price in terms of network signal nightmare. Apparently this is the norm with this SP because when I complained to my friends they shared the same frustration. I am now NOT enjoying the benefits of using this SP and the reasonable deal that attracted me to it to begin with because there's either no signal or it is slow to connect. Had I known this is what Cell C customers put up with I wouldn't have even thought about getting a phone from you because now it only means I'm stuck with pathetic network service for 24 months. If I could, I would most definitely return the phone to sender.
