I am still awaiting on the reply about the ticket which was lodged in Gateway Durban Branch by Annelisa with the ticket reference: WGH-62437-238.After a cancellation of the contract on the 18 February 2013 which I was informed by Peteir Ellias that he did not read the system previous entry of Migrating to Prepaid. Here is his call reference:2001272625 for the 18-02-2013, where he says he just over looked and did what he did. I requested termination a month and 1 week early as per contracts terms and still suffers. It was previously sent to Nashua on the 29th November 2012 (to Pieter) and wasn't loaded until the complain was taken to a Branch by me in Musgrave Durban on the 04th Feb 2013 where they assisted with the migration loading on the system to be activated on the first of March 2013.The story is long and with a lot of references. Worse is receiving an email Monday the 25th Feb 2013 about the upgrade of the same number that I activate it before the 1st of March 2013, I then on the 26th Feb 2013 sent a contact card with the reference :22911 and was replied by the upgrade Department unfortunately wrongly and I then replied with an email that they escalate this but nothing
