Please see my initial attempt to upgrade my contract at the bottom of this message.
You will note that it was sent during middle December 2012.
I was promised to have my new handset before I went on leave on 22/12/2012.
I then left it after no further communication from Nashua mobile
I then called your upgrades dept., spoke to Jaishal on the 31/01/2013, he explained that there were hundreds of Iphone5's available within a day or two. I then sent him an official company purchase order including all the add ons, etc. I had to call him again and again to find out if he has received my order. Eventually he confirmed that all was in order, even suggesting I could collect the handset in Midrand. But we agreed to have it delivered to your branch at The Glen shopping centre a few days later.
When I again heard absolutely nothing, I called again. He then promised to have the handset at the Glen on Friday 08/02/2013. On the morning I called again to confirm. Each time I was told he would call me back in 10-15minutes but no call!!
