I initially complained that I only use your phones for three months and cancelled my contract as the company I worked for closed down. I cannot understand how can CellC list me with no proof or records of my account? This company is a joke, is CellC adhering to the legislation. Your confussed escalation department was all over the place promised to get back to me with feedback a month back but they failed and I had to call them.
Seeing that I cannot handle your contract I deposited R2000 to pay for the headset, those records where not easy for Mbongeni to find. Then CellC hand me over without any notification, or phone call made to me. All I knew is tha I deposited R2000 for the headset and my account was settle since I never received any statements. Now after 4years CellC decides to hand me over, where, when or how did they come to the amount they listed on the bereau.
