Struggling to claim from insurance

I started by going to the mtn sp shop at the glen and a certain Asian consultant advised that I have to call mtn to book or report my phone damaged. I advised i have always come to the store if i had problems but she advised that i have to contact mtn myself. I advised that i prefer face to face contact hence i am the the store but she insisted that I call mtn directly. Since I am constantly on the road, I opted to go for alternative assistance by visiting the mtn shop at centurion mall.
I advised the white consultant that I need to book or report my phone as damaged through my insurance. He also advised he cannot help but referred me a different mtn shop.
Since I cannot get get help from the mtn shops, and urgently need my phone repaired or replaced, I feel it's unfair as I contribute fully to my insurance and cell phones premiums monthly without any default.
I am inconvenienced and desperately need a proper working phone for my work.
