No Signal / Network Coverage

I dot have ANY signal when I am at home. None! This has been going on for 2.5-3months. I have various reference nrs: 13081501856, 1308288626 as well as SD142932. I was once phoned by a technician which said a network specialist will have to come out and see what the problem is. Noone came out as yet. I was told my signal is poor at home due to Congestion, this is nonsence... i dont have ANY signal, not even if I roam on the Vodacom network as I was advised. Congestion will mean that I sometimes have signal and sometimes not. I do have perfect signal at work and other areas, BUT NOTHING AT HOME! I will have to cancel my contract as this is putting me and my families life in danger as the Security company cannot get hold of us in case of an emergency. Please sort this out asap! I have been patient for more than 10weeks.

The message my Samsung Galaxy keeps on giving me is: Selected network (Vodacom -SA) unavailable OR Selected network (RSACELLC) unavailable.
