VODACOM??? INSENSITIVE??? YEAH!!!

Gentlemen,

I am aware of your reputation as the biggest telecommunications company, consequently I do not hesitate to write to you. Although I have addressed this complaint "Gentlemen" I sincerely doubt you are. In a nutshell, signed a new contract for i-phone 5, need op to treat Big C still studying & will need to be online and the phone won't do. Phoned your accounts dept on Thursday to explain my predicament and spoke to Lydia. I asked her that since I haven't activated the contract yet & haven't touched or used it, can I swop it for the i-pad mini. She assured me that it can be done, took my details & will revert. Since i didn't hear from her, I called again on Friday 22nd February. Imagine my surprise when I was told they've got no such person working there. Furthermore, this person who refused to give her name (white woman) informed me that she doesn't know who I spoke to but clearlyy I'm mistaken. Vodacom runs a business not some charity shop. If they have to comply to my request or every tom, or harry who feigns an illness, they will be out of business. She also wished me "good luck" with my illness and hung up. SHAME ON YOU VODACOM! This is just SAD!!!
