HELLO PETER
On Friday I called Vodacom after 7 days of calling and not being sorted out by several consultants. On friday I spoke to a gentleman by the name fo Niel Coetzee and I am so humbled by the service I got from him, he was so helpful and managed to calm me down as you can imagine how frustrated i was at this point... he said he will get one of the consultants to call me and sort me out and he did that, that is when I spoke to Alessandro Mitchell who was also very polite in assisting me, both these gentlemen went an extra mile for me believe. over and above my problem being sorted out by Alessandro they even offered me more than i had wished, they gave me R315 airtime back and also I kept the databundles that I had asked them to reverse for FREE. Over and above that Mr Coetzee even called me back again later to make sure that I was fine and happy. I was more than happy having dealt with these two gentlemen I AM SO HUMBLED by their customer service. These 2 gentlemen really define what customer service is and Vodacom is lucky to have them on their team they are for keeps and I hope this is the kind of service they give to everyone. I am a VERY HAPPY VODACOM CUSTOMER.
