I have a 4 meg adsl line, yet it only works as a 2kb line. I reported the fault on the 2/12/2013 & it still has not been sorted out. i keep getting told its congestion on the exchange & telkom need to fix it. My line & bandwith are all with Mweb, why should I contact Telkom. I cannot even go onto google. I am paying for a service that I cannot use, whats the point. I asked for a refund, the reply was only when the fault is fixed, will we refund you.
Its been almost 2 months. I am so frustrated, I dont know what else to do. The fee per month is quite high. Mweb are really pathetic to say the least.
