I have received poorer service from you than the MTN store, which is aligned with my expectations from MTN.

What a pathetic 'service' provider. People had to wait in a queue for over an hour just to buy a cell phone accessory from MTN store because nobody there has any idea how to run a store, how customer service works or In fact anything related to mobile phones at all.

I am expecting a typical non-sense response where you say somebody will get in touch me soon. Laughable!
