As in my updated report, the response I got from CA indeed Funiwe Hintsho did contact me and advised that my phone was fixed and sent to Riverside Mall Cell C store. I travelled the more than 50km to pick up my phone and all to find a scrap phone which was supposedly mine. I told the guy at the store that the phone is not mine and he double checked the IMEI number and confirmed that was not my phone and when they traced the phones where about with the same reference number that I was given and confirmed by Funiwe, it was discovered that the phone is still with repairs.
Funiwe does not reply to my three e-mails that I have sent and the ones sent by the store. At least if she actually replied or called to explain the mix up because for the past two months I have been having a problem with this phone and my case was escalated to her to assist me

To me it shows that she does not know her job or rather Cell C hires Incompetent people.
Funiwe just calls to make like they are helping you whilst they are just useless fools.
Cell C is utterly useless from top management down to their customer care thoughts.
How can you make such a mistake with such an expansive gadget.
