Two complaints in one week, both not resolved.
The they tell me they can't get hold of me on the number that I'm actually emailing them from.
Give them an alternative number and the call is ended when the phone is brought to me.
Then to top it off I get invoiced for two months commitments coz they decide they don't want to do prorate billing anymore and no communication is sent out.
I do not want a call now I will have everything in writing so that Alan Knott Craig can see what use catch on at the executive desk.
