Hello,
I applied for the R399 iPhone 5 deal on 1 February 2013 with the explicit instructions that I need the phone by the end of February. I was told that the branch was currently out of stock, but they would have stock within two weeks. This means that two weeks after I was promised the phone, I still do not have it. I keep getting told that they do not have stock, but colleagues of mine have received the iPhone 5 on the same deal as I applied for during the last two weeks.
Why am I not receiving any sort of help on this? I keep getting told that there is no stock and they cannot tell me when I can get my phone. I think this is very unprofessional, especially for a company that wants to grow their subscriber base
