I saw the advertisement on Cell C website and thought this is a great deal until I tried to get hold of the phone. I went to the nearest branch and was told no stock but there should be in a week. A week later it was 3 weeks and you can put your name on waiting list.
So I phoned 084 145 (Cell C Direct) and was told they had stock. i asked where I can get a phone and said to place order online etc. but it takes 4 weeks to collect. Not acceptable as I said I will send courier to collect it today if they have. To which answer was that the waiting period is 4 weeks because the stock they have is not accessible to me as it is for "customers on the list". So this actually meaning Cell C DOES NOT HAVE STOCK!!
So customers would like an answer and not have time wasted: Please tell me
1. Does Cell C have an Apple IPhone 5 16 GB black in Cape Town and where can I get it? If NO then,
2. When will there be stock available and where can I get it or reserve it?
Surely we as customers should be able to get this information as WE are giving CELL C business? Or post on the website that the deal is unavailable due to no stock on hand?
