Pay for UNCAPPED but get SOFT CAPPED

After waiting 46 min on 10210 i use hellopeter
I have an uncapped contract with telkom.
I took uncapped because i use a large amount of data Per month.
Now telkom are saying i use to much data and my account is to be managed by them.
I never signed a contract with a limit on it.

This is and it is a criminal act. When i asked the shop for the number of the ombudsman they refused

It would be nice if the soft capping can stop.
Please stop my money and reinstate my account.
