I have enjoyed an uncapped Internet account from OpenWeb since August 2011. Apart from the extremely competitive pricing, what has been quite unusual in my experience of OpenWeb as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), is the extremely competent and swift level of support received when things sometimes go wrong with my account. All my queries (sent by email) have been personally attended to by Keoma Wright, the founder and CEO of OpenWeb. The typical response time (by return email) to address, and usually correct issues has been within an hour or two.
All I can say is well done OpenWeb, and to Keoma Wright, who seems to really care about his customers.
