This is the only way!!!

As per response from Autopage on the 23rd of May 2013. I was supposed to have renewed my existing contract with them and would have received an additional data bundle added to my account at no charge because of the inconvenience caused. It has now been 19 days and I have yet to receive the handset although I have been migrated to the Smart S 75.
Please can I have some feed back regarding this matter
