Paid for data but didnt receive

On my Vodacom Account I am paying R99 for 500MB which I didnt receive for February 2013, I used my own airtime to buy 250MB twice on the 27th of January 2013 and received my 250 MB that is part of my upgrade special I did in June or July 2012 I didnt receive the 500MB that I am paying R99 for. I did log a request with 082111 and they respond by saying I used 308.03 and have 191.97 left, but that was the two times 250 MB a got by exchanging my airtime on the 27 jan 2013. I tried to explain it to the staff at 082111 and 082155 but they dont understand. This is very unfair and I dont want to leave it like this. My contract nr is 0727947343 which is also my contact nr.
