I need to cancel my upgrade my 14h day is 09-12-2013 after calling all departments in Vodacom for assistance I was transferred from pillar to post . called 0821958, 08217844, 082111, 082111, 0821946 which I did not receive any assistance what so ever... IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE PATHETIC SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM VODACOM, CONSULTANTS TREAT CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE DOING THEM A FAVOUR LIKE WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR OUR SERVICES .. I WILL NOT ADVISE ANY1 TO TAKE A CONTACT WITH VODACOM THE WORSE NETWORK EVER.
