On the 11 December 2012 i upgraded my cell phone contract and added on 500MB Data. On the 22 March 2013 i receive a bill for R1244.09 and only to fine out that Altech Autopage never activated my 500MB Data which i signed for on the 11 Decemeber 2012.I called their call centre on the 25 March at 8:40 and spoke to Phindie who advised that she can see a request for 500MB Data on the 11 December 2012 but dont know why it was not activated and told me she will send a request to the billing department.
Today is the 4 April 2013 and still no feedback. They also went ahead and debited my account for the incorrect amount. There must be someway we can complain to the CPA.I was given a Ref No which clearly meant nothing as this is still outstanding. Ref No: A130325545
