DISCUSSIONS PREVIOUSLY WITH MAZWI AT MTN CRESTA REFER.
SOMEBODY AT CREDIT CUT MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS IN A ROW.
EVERY TIME THE SUSPENSION OF MY SERVICE HAPPENS ON THE 25 OF THE MONTH AND WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY STATEMENT FROM MTN.
EVERY MONTH I PAY MY ACCOUNT IN FULL AND EVERY MONTH I GET SUSPENDED: DECEMBER 2012 JANUARY 2013 AND FEBRUARY 2013!!!
WHEN I VISITED MAZWI EARLIER YESTERDAY MORNING HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO RESTORE MY SERVICE AND COPY ME WITH AN EMAIL TO THE AT MTN CREDIT.
I AM STILL WITHOUT SERVICE!!!
KINDLY URGENTLY ESCALATE THIS PROBLEM AND GIVE ME THE REASON FOR THIS FUNNY CONDUCT BY MTN?
