Cell C
STICK WITH A MORE EXPENSIVE OPERATOR

To anyone who wants to change to cell c, DON"T!!! Yes they have fantastic rates but their network is rubbish and their staff at the stores and call centres don't seem to have any form of training and usually can't help with even the most minor problems.
Their cell towers work like the old light-houses where the signal is on a rotating disc and swoops around so the signal on your phone goes up and down... i have 2 phones on cell c and it's funny to watch the signal bar on both go up and down, up and down... well not that funny.
Nobody contacts you when u write a complaint on HP, the just send an e-mail stating u will be contacted shortly.
THIS IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS. I STAY NEAR HILLCREST AND THE SIGNAL IS KILLING BUSINESS.
BACK TO TELKOM AND VODACOM I GO!!
