CellC Account Suspended before due date of payment

Dear Cell C
I had a meeting in Durbanville this morning at 10am when my iPhone 4s was still online. After the meeting i had to make calls and use my internet to find that is not working. I switched my phone off and on and still nothing. I tried phoning 140 and waited almost 15 minutes. I decided to go to Cell C in Brackenfell at about 11:30pm. Here they checked my account and they told me my account was suspended due to a payment not made. On the 28th January i received a sms from Cell C stating: "Your account is due on the last day of this month, please pay your account into Cell C's bank account. Important! Your cellphone service will be suspended if payment is not received by the 2nd of the month." But at 11am this morning (31st January) my account was already suspended. So i cannot make any phone calls or do any business via email today. This is completely unacceptable and upsets me that i have an large open account that is paid every month before the due date. But now my account was suspended 3 days prior to the due date. I already had a problem in December 2012 when my new contract's data was not activated and had to pay another R45 per month. This is pathetic service.
