Signed up for upgrade of contract early March 2013. Due to the salesman, Mazwi, putting in wrong code I have been billed at wrong rate every month. I have been back to branch 10 times. Mazwi has applied for credit for me, all to no avail. I then went to MTN Head Office, Fairland, explaining all to Kedibone, to no avail. I have since written twice to MTN complaints line (ref 2253090). All I received was an automatic response. I am now in my fifth month of this contract, owed credits for each month, and yet am still being billed at wrong rate. The service has been deplorable. Please help!!
