I own a flat at Cara Bianca complex. For the vast majority of the year my levy statement is always in credit as I prefer to always have a cushion in my account. In February my debit order expired and unfortunately my account fell temporarily in arrears for part of the monthly charge. I attach a copy of my statement to illustrate.
