Seems like taking a blackberry and booking it for repairs proves to be a nightmare with MTN stores. I have been more than patient than I need to be... As per CPA law the phone can only be booked for repair not longer than 21 Days. SURELY it doesnt require a degree for you to figure out that the handset has manufactures default that cannot be fixed if it takes you that long to fix it. I need answers before this goes to ICASA.
