I was due for a upgrade and when I got to do an upgrade at Eastgate mall. I was told by the consultant that I will be charged a once off fee of R105 for each of my two contracts. When I inquired from mtn customer services on the 26 february 2013 from a consultant prudence as to why do I have to pay for upgrading my contract I'm given no solid foundation as to why. All I'm told is that it is a once of fee and I have to pay it. I've been an mtn customer for the past 13 / 14 years and if this is the way I'm treated as a loyal customer I will move my services elsewhere.
