I bought a cellphone from Cell C N1 City in November 2012 and in February 2013 i took cellphone to the branch as the cellphone cover started pealing, they took the cellphone in and replaced the back of the cellphone and after a further two months the front of the cellphone started pealing as well and i then went back to the store and asked that they replace the full cover of the cellphone, they advised that they will book in the cellphone again but that does not mean that the cover will be replaced. I am amazed at the fact that i had to pay so much money for a cellphone that is barely 1 years old and this is the problems i am experiencing. They also confirmed that these cellphones are a problem, SO WHY CELL THEM TO CUSTOMERS. I am not happy with the service from CELL C and will load complaints week after week if do not get a satisfactory result from them. I also refuse to wait 3 weeks for the cell phone repairs if they are going to repair the cellphone.
