Vodacom claims to that if your product has problems within or before 7 days after purchase . they will make assessments and within 7 days after they find that its a manufacture fault they will replace it in that 7days
I obtained my Alcatel tablet on the 18th January .. On the 24th January i returned to the store as it was not charging. to this day 26 Feburary I am yet to receive my replacement device...
The store just keeps promising to call me and even the manager says she has ordered it and will call me, I take it they don't understand that after the 7 days as per their device warranty, i'm no longer just someone you call but a disgruntled customer
And the call center has the nerve to ask how can they make me smile ..
