Vodacom - Worst Service Eve

I gave in my BlackBerry to Vodacom, on 13 December 2012, as the device was giving me problems. it was loosing network coverage, and intermittantly switching off. Job Reference-8414109-24378604.
I was notified, and collected the device on 2 January 2013, only to discover that all that was done, was a software upgrade. In addition the button on the left side of the phone was missing. So, i handed it in again, the very next day. Ref: 8463014, only to be later told, that they had to quote, as there was cover damage, and the the phone had to be taken out off warranty. Both times, when i booked the phone in, i was not informed of this. Vodacom has had this phone for more than 8 weeks, and it has been around the country a few times and probably damaged it in transit. I then requested the device be returned, and the button replaced. I get a call today, to pick up my device, only to find out that they haven't replaced the button. I was communicating directly with the manager from Umhlanga, Durban, who never provides updates, until the customer has to approach him on the matter. It can go weeks without any kind of feedback from this centre. they damaged my device, and expect me to pay for it!!
