Poor Business Practices and Poor Records Keeping

I had accounts with Vodacom from 2006 to June 2010 when the contract expired. My contract was up to date and was paid up in June 2010 but now I see my name under default in Transunion with a default date of Sept 2012. This is bull. I asked for explanation and no one has answers.

After paid i used the sim as prepaid. How do you transfer a number to from contract to prepaid if its oustanding or missed a payment?
The report from transunion in May 2012 is showing that the account was settled and paid-up. Now they are reporting. This is not acceptable; I will tackle the matter legally.
