I signed up for a contract with MTN direct on 05/02 & got delivery on 07th. After few days I had issues with microphone could not hear anything; took the package to MTN store in Midrand. They adv that they unable to swap the handset for me. Called the call centre & spoke to Oscar who had no clue what he was taking about he transferred my call to one of his colleague where i had to repeat myself. I was told that someone will call me back, still waiting for that call to date. I decided to call collection department & spoke to Solomon who said that I should go back to the store. Explained to him that i m from there already they could not assist me, he could not care. I requested to speak to team leader & Alton is the gentleman who assisted me, his service was awesome i must say.. package was collected the next day as he promised. Spoke to Glasson on 20/02 asked her to reverse the contract as I don't get any joy, she promised that post delivery will be done on Friday. Got confirmation from Charne as well that delivery will be done, which never happened therefore emailed Glasson on Fri 22/02 03:28 PM & instructed her to cancel. To my surprise policy still active why??
