From pillar to post and back!!!

I lost my contract phone didn't care much about the phone all I wanted was my number. I called Customer Care on 26-06-13, 3pm for a sim swap, Dave very helpful explained that I need to go to my nearest store to do the sim swap. I explained I can't go to my nearest store as I'm highly pregnant & can't travel. So he got all my details & promised that someone from the will call me WITHIN 24hrs. Did they call NOPE! Nextday decided to call the contract dep Surprise the department is not available "due to unforeseen circumstance! " I call the cancellation department because I got tired of being told to go a store for a SIMPLE SIM SWAP. Willem was the 1st person I spoke to said my account was in arrears & that I need to call accounts first b4 I cancel so he transferred me, the call didn't go through. Called again, got Fuzo, I really wasn't going to explain myself again requested to speak to the manager, she too didn't help much Angel Nkosi told me to call accounts tomorrow & then they can follow through. I bet the issue won't be solved & come the 30th another debt order. Truth be told Voda services are pathetic. ALL I WANT IS THE CONTRACT CANCELLED & THEY CAN KEEP THEY NUMBER.
