3rd hellopeter complaint, still waiting for help

I am even afraid to take a call from someone trying to help me after I post this, because all i want to do is scream and yell at the person at the other end. I am tired of being told all my phone needs is a software upgrade & it will work fine. its barely 6 months old and Ive already had to take it in once. now its still not working!
last night I rushed from work to take my phone in AGAIN. it was 3 minutes to 6 but your service centre was closed. i even walked into your data centre and asked a coloured gentlemen what the time was and he also confirmed it. so now at this point i want my phone fixed, and i cannot help that your incompetent centre in sandton closes before the time and that they didnt fix my phone properly the first time. now at my cost for parking, petrol & my time is vodacom refunding me???
my phone has been eating data because all that happens is when i try to do an update or download apps its lags at 90% then wont download. last time this happened i was promised free data to make up for the 2 attempts at download the new software which is almost 300mb which didnt happen either. at this point who ever speaks to me now will be speaking to someone that is VERY angry
