Contract not terminated

I logged a call with Vodacom on the 7 November requesting clarity on the contract (exp 6 October 2013) that was never cancelled while I have given a notice for termination on the 18 September 2013. It seemed as if there was a miscommunication between me and the person I spoke with because that was never done. I called on the 7th November and was assisted by a lady called Zandile, I requested that they listen to my conversation of the 18 September so to clear this matter. She told me her Team Leader is not at work so she will take the matter with the Team Leader the following day. I waited for the call until the afternoon I decided to call again, I was assisted by Nonhlanhla she told me that Zandile is saying her Team Leader is not available she will call me back over the weekend. I called on Saturday (9 November) I spoke to a guy, forgot his name. He told me that he cant assist me because the matter is with Zandile and he has noted on his side for Zandile to contact me on Monday (11 November), Monday and Tuesday there was no call from Vodacom. Today (13 November) I decided to call again and helped by a lady called Zama which she has promised to come back to me tomorrow (14 Novembe
