Where is my Phone??

I decided to upgrade my Wife's phone contract on the 13th May. Spoke to consultant and processed the upgrade. Was told to expect the phone to be delivered in 5-7 working days.
As I have experienced this whole scenario twice previously, I decided to call and check up on the delivery on the 20th, a week later. Spoke to Fekile and was told that the phone was collected by the courier and then returned back to Mtn? She promised she would get back to me, I'm still waiting...
Called again on the 23rd and spoke to Bronwyn. Was told that the original consultant made an error and that she will get the original consultant to get back to me in a few minutes. I'm still waiting...
I then phoned again early this morning (27th) and spoke to Ronald. Same story and that he would send me an email update. I'm still waiting... This has happened to me every time I have used MTN Direct. I would advise anyone looking to use them to rather just go to a physical store.
