My MTN account for January 2013 was debited with the amount of R119 with a cellular number and "Session" as description. Enquiries to MTN indicated that the originator of the debit is a company by the name of Opera Interactive, and they (MTN) supplied a contact number. I phoned them on 12/2/2013, and a person by the name of Stephen/Steven informed me that the debit is the result of me subscriping to a website operated by Sprint Media. I insisted on proof of the subscription, as I have never (willingly) subscribed to such a website. The said person promised to supply the proof asap via email. Many phone calls later followed, (to the same number that I called in the first place), but the operator/agent "cannot put me throught to Stephen, as he is a consultant in a call centre environment" I reacted with an email (on 14/2/2013) to their customer support centre [Email Removed] and promptly received a automatic reply thanking me for my email, and promising to respond within 2 working days. Needless to say, nothing came off it. I followed it up with another email on 20 Feb, and received the same auto response, but nothing more.
