No Equipment available for my ADSL activation

Ordered a telephone line from Telkom and then purchased ADSL bundle from Afrihost. This required afrihost to activate my adsl line from telkom. After two weeks i phone afrihost and they said that they are waiting on telkom to activate the adsl. the first time i phoned telkom for the progress of the activation, they said they'll send it through to their technical team, as if to say it was in progress. I phoned again today and was told that they dont have equipment available for the activation.
