MTN and Smartcall technologies

MTN is billing my account thousands a month on behalf of Smartcall. I cancelled the subcription with MTN on 05/01/2013. Communicated with a manager, Alichea Anthill who stated that Smartcalll has stopped billing me fom 28/01/2013. Today MTN Still billed me on behhalf of this company. Even though I sent the Smartcall manager an email from MTN that was evident that I had cancelled the subscription and also had sent MTN an email from Smartcall confirming they had stopped billing me. I want a full refund from the 05/01/2013 from the company that keeps tapping into my account on behalf of other companies. I want my money back from this Smartcall company!
