Smartcall - MY R5000 HAS STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!!

This is and f*raud. A criminal charge now has to be opened.

The attached document is meaningless to me and it is a TOTAL INSULT. I have NEVER received an SMS confirming that I am a subscriber to Smartcall. According to your "Proof of subscription document", I subscribed on the 8 April 2013 and then never used the service? What a load of rubbish!? You guys are a and obviously "signed" me up through one of you phishing sites.

To this date, I still don't even know what services you offer, yet you ave been charging me with thousands of rands every month? - it seems that you offer some sort of pornographic content download -is this correct? I am still trying to work out how CellC is involved here and how they let you get away with this?

I want my -R5000 refunded immediately.

I formally request the following details IMMEDIATELY:

1) Holding name of Smartcall.

2) Full name of the owner of Smartcall. I want the owner's name and not a representative's name.

3) Domicile of the owner and of Smartcall company.
