Dear Cell C
2 weeks ago I entered into a contract for an iPhone 5 with you. I was promised that my phone will be delivered within two weeks, because of lack of stock. I was fine with this and decided to wait.
Friday I phoned customer care where I was informed that you are still waiting for stock and that you are unable (and not allowed) to tell me when new stock will be arriving. I was disappointed but I understood the situation.
BUT, when I was later contacted by a close friend I became very angry. According to my advice, she too had ordered an iPhone 5 one week after my order, but she was contacted by Cell C stating that her phone was on-route and would be delivered on Tuesday.
How is this possible as I had entered into a contract 1 week before her?!?
This was not the start I was hoping for with my new service provider.
