Wat to move from Vodacom to Cell C. Went to Autopage branch to notify the, They said I must wait up my contract then i can do an internal porting to cell C. I have arrange everything with Abbey to happen today when my contract expire. She also promise to set aside a BLACK IPhone 2 (32). I phoned her on Friday to confirm everything is ready for today. After enquiring today if I can come through i was informed that Abbey was on leave and that the black Iphone now was WHITE! After lots of excuses etc nothing was sorted. The brancgh manager (ZENEA) promised me a mail stating thai I will receive a credit for Vodacom this month and that they will try their best to get the correct I-Phone in a few days. I am still waiting...
I must admit Autopage is the worst company I ever dealt with. Can somebody please assist in getting this mess sorted
