I contacted Autopage in December and they informed me that I would be eligible for my upgrade -they assured me that my new phone would be delivered to my home address on the 6th January 2014.
I"d also called after the initial upgrade phone call - to request a change of colour to gold.
The 6th came and went - and we heard not a word from you guys.
When I followed up the next day, we were simply told that there is NO stock available - who promises a client a product when they have no stock??? -
Over the last 2 weeks - 2 phones have been delivered to my home address - both the incorrect colour - I can understand the mistake the first time round - but really?? How do your staff get this wrong again? It surely cannot be that difficult to follow a clients request - especially since all your phone calls are recorded?!
Monday, when they delivered the wrong phone, I called through and spoke to one of your agents - he assured me that the problem would be rectified and that I'd have my phone on Wednesday 29th Jan - guess what - still waiting!!! any normal person would cancel their contract - problem is these tie you in - so they can give you service with no implications!
