Stiill no data cost clarity

I have been billed R1800 for a single event of data usage. I have been trying for nearly two months now to get MTN to tell me for what data usage this is.
They keep on sending me times and URL's but they don't tell me how much data was actually used. According to the URL it was for a movie that I downloaded.
If I take into consideration the size of a movie then there is now way I could have been charged R1800 for that one download. As it is I pay around R540pm for TWO GIGS of data AND my laptop. So common sense says that it is impossible!
But MTN seems to be unable to give actual data usage and in the mean time they keep on cutting my service for the 'overdue' amount! Everytime I communicate with a consultant via email, they log it as "resolved" regardless of my feedback.
