Since my wife upgraded to her new phone the Data cost went up to R350, 00 for data that we did not download, we have contacted Vodacom and they said the data was for sky drive and vlive etc, but not one of these applications are activated on the phone as confirmed by a vodashop. I have got the exact same phone and my data usage is not that high and the settings on both phones are the same. I have been sending mails to Gibralter from Vodacom - Executive Client Liason Officer, but these mails are ignored and I do not get any feedback. This is now going on for three months that I have been trying to resolve this issue. I can provide all the mails that was send to Vodacom.
