Yesterday I raised a complaint with MTN on their website that I am being disconnected from their network and every time I try to make a call, I get the message that the service has been suspended. So eventually Lungile or someone called from their call centre, telling me that I am not paying them enough, though I have signed to pay R196 every month, she now states that I should pay R198 per month. And not long after that, she said I should actually pay R204 per month... About two months ago, there was a problem with the debit order going off and I had to manually pay R206 for my contract... So now I am wondering, does MTN really now what I am supposed to pay or not? I feel that MTN as a company is taking their customers for a ride. The people in the MTN stores does not know what the people at their head office is doing and vice versa. I have had it with MTN. Can't wait to cancel my contract and move to someone who can actually be a SERVICE PROVIDER... Also Lungile stated that I am paying for an Internet bundle which I did not apply for. According to her, it is free for the firrst six months, and after that I should manually cancel it... R43 for 75 MB... Mostt expensive Cap!!!
