3 days no help!!

My phone was lost and recovered on Monday morning but I had it blacklisted just in case. Now I am trying to get the form from Vodacom to cancel the blacklisting - it is day 3 I have phoned the customer care line 10 x spoken to 10 different people including a manager called Tom @ 17:30pm yesterday who said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I am still waiting so it is now day 3 I try again this morning there is no manager in at Vodacom at 08:10am I speak to Phulani who as all the others said would email and fax the form - I am still waiting. How frustrating is this - for 2 days their systems were off line - I have been screaming like a banshee - can no one at Vodacom send a fax or email me a form so I can unblack list my phone - this is ridiculous? Talk about incompetence and lack of customer service - so let me now wait for Vodacom employee No 11 to phone me back?
