Earlier this year i went to Auto-page to query about bad cellphone signals in Heidelberg.
Lanie the manager at Heidelberg tried her best to help. A rep from MTN was in store while i was complaining and she made the suggestion that they will install an antenna at my house to solve the problem. I said it will not help due to the fact that the coverage problem is in the whole Heidelberg The rep forwarded the following email: Good Day Lize
Please check the email that I had send to you regarding the response on the Heidelberg towers. I forwarded the mail to your store mailbox yesterday or the day before
The reason why this customer was not contacted is because an antenna is not going to be put up at his residence, unless if he wants one. As far as I remember he was against the antenna., as he felt that this will not resolve his problem.
And after a while i received the the the following ref 0050820 from MTN on the 12/02/2013 and have not hear from them up to now.
It seems that MTN does not care about paying customers in Heidelberg, people pay for services in Heidelberg they do not get. This account is in my wife's name.
