I am staying in Heidelberg and bought a tracksuit at Carnival Mall. Unfortunately it was to small and I wanted to return in Heidelberg. The clerk could not do it and asked the manager. She talked to me from behind het office door (I could not see her), that it is not on the system I must go back to Carnival Mall. I replied her that I can not hear her, this is when the clerk asked her to come forward. She said Heidelberg is not part of the group.??? What!!? Since when can stuff bought at bigger branches not be returned at smaller branches. I was in Carnival Mall over the weekend and did not bother fitting the items, because I knew I had a branch in Heidelberg. Jet, Foschini, Ackermans, Woolworths, EVERYONE allows is, but nog Edgars.
I asked her how am I as a customer to know, what items and what not can be exchanged where? She just did not care!
They also had an attitude as if I am bothering them!! I will never ever sit foot in Edgars again!!
