This makes no sence to me as a cellulare shop doesn't have any cellphones in stock. i'm waiting now for a week for my phone to arrive and everytime when i call the Heidelberg branch to find out if my phone is there they are responding that no they are still waiting for Head Office to deliver.
How can a cellphone shop have no stock?.. unbelievable how long am i still going to wait? Can't they at least find out if there is a other branch that have stock available?
So in other words Altech just doesn't care how long a customer have to wait for a phone they will make no extra effort to speed up this prosess.
i'm really not very happy about the lack of customer service from Altech branch Heidelberg
